We’re located in Bozeman, Montana, but we have warehouses throughout the continental United States.

Our business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday.  

Do you offer special discounts or services to corporate, government, or educational buyers?

Do you offer bulk/multiple order discounts?

If you are interested in either placing a bulk order or ordering multiple products, we may be able to offer a discount. This option is perfect for businesses or multi-office locations. Please contact us to discuss the details.

Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We do ship to both Alaska and Hawaii, but we can not offer free shipping to these locations.

Do you ship to Canada?

Limited shipping is available to Canada. Get in touch with a Stand Modern team member to find out if shipping is available to your Canadian location. Canadian orders are ineligible for free shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Aside from limited shipping to Canada, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We are able to ship to APO and FPO locations under special circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We can only ship orders to physical addresses.

Do you offer free shipping on all orders?

We offer free standard shipping on most Stand Modern orders. We are unable to offer free shipping to orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.  

Do you offer expedited shipping?

For an additional cost, we offer expedited shipping on select items. Simply select expedited shipping during the checkout process, or contact us for specific options.

How do you ship orders?

It varies. We choose the best available shipping option when processing your order. For more information about shipping options, click here.  

When will my order arrive?

Orders of in-stock items usually ship from our warehouses within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after they’re shipped from our warehouse. If there are items on backorder we will ship as soon as it is available. We may charge your payment method before your order ships. If an item is unavailable to ship within the expected timeframe we can notify you with a revised expected ship date. We can assist if you need to make any changes to your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an email that contains your order’s tracking information.

Where will my order ship from?

It depends. We have warehouses throughout the United States. We’ll choose the best option based on product availability and your location.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items in like new condition for a refund or credit. For more information about our full hassle-free return policy, including exclusions and applicable fees, click here.

How long do I have to make a return?

We ask that you return items within 30 days of purchase. Click here for more information about our hassle-free return policies.  

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You are responsible for shipping on return orders. Click here for more information on our return policies. If an item is damaged or defective we will provide a return label. Please contact us if you need assistance with a return.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If an item is damaged or defective, we’ll do our best to make things right by replacing or refunding the order. Get in touch with us as soon as possible--ideally within 5 business days--and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards--Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express--as well as PayPal. We are unable to accept personal checks, money orders, or CODs. If you would prefer to pay using your bank account using an e-check, we recommend that you open a PayPal account because they provide this option.

For volume orders or corporate, government, and education purchasing, contact us to inquire about additional payment options, including purchase orders, bank transfer, and check.

Is my personal information/credit card data safe with Stand Modern?

Absolutely. At Stand Modern, we take your privacy seriously. We will never share, sell, or distribute your information with any third parties, apart from those required to process your order.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information any time you place an order or enter, submit, or access your account. All sensitive information, including credit card data, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database.
